You, the user, are the final ratifier of all AI outputs generated by VFT. By clicking "Deploy," "Export," or "Publish," you certify that:

You have reviewed the AI-generated content for accuracy, legal compliance, and ethical standards
You accept full responsibility for the content's publication and distribution
You indemnify VFT from any claims arising from your use of the generated content
You acknowledge that VFT does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the content's compliance with applicable laws

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use VFT to:

Generate content that violates intellectual property rights
Create deepfakes or unauthorized celebrity endorsements
Produce misleading financial advice or guarantees
Make unsubstantiated health claims
Discriminate based on protected classes
Circumvent platform content policies

5. Limitation of Liability

VFT and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of VFT after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
